Chocolate Orange Bread (v)

One of my favorite combinations, chocolate and orange. They are just perfect for each other. Each ingredient complements the other and makes it perfect to eat! This bread tastes fresh, sweet and feels super moist. I'm also so happy about making this recipe because every part of it is my own creation. Enough talking, now time for the recipe.

What you will need:
- 1 tsp of orange zest
- 1 1/4 cup of buckwheat flour
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons of cacao powder(you can use cocoa)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- The juice of one large orange(make sure the juice is sweet)
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1/2 cup of water (add more if the batter is too thick)
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp of vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup of coconut sugar
*optional*- a sprinkle of vegan chocolate chips (or any chocolate chips)

Process:
Preheat the oven to 350F (175C)

Combine the buckwheat flour, whole wheat flour, cacao powder, baking soda, and baking powder in a large bowl
In a separate bowl combine the orange zest, almond milk, water, and the orange juice together.
In a different bowl, mix the coconut oil, vanilla essence, and coconut sugar together.

Mix the two wet mixtures together and fold that wet mixture into the dry mixture while making sure not to over mix.
Coat a bread pan with a tiny bit of coconut oil and pour the batter in. (sprinkle the optional vegan chocolate chips on top)
Bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes
Enjoy! :)
