Watermelon Smoothie

It's hot, dry, and windy at the same time and after a long day of school, the snack attack came around. This calls for something sweet, yet cold at the same time. I know what's perfect, WATERMELON! I bought the most juiciest watermelon the other day and it's perfect for hot days like this one:) I also wanted to talk about something else. I'm going to incorporate a segment with healthy on the go lunch ideas and cheap and easy meals:)

What you will need:
1/4 of a watermelon
2 frozen bananas(best to freeze overnight)
Water and almond milk to blend
Blender

Process:
Cut the watermelon into chunks and put it in a blender with a splash of water(just enough water to blend) and pour into a separate cup and set aside
Cut the frozen banana into slices and put it in the blender
Pour in enough almond milk to blend(add as much as you need, but make sure the consistency is thick, just like ice cream is). Blend the bananas.
Pour the banana ice cream into a jar and pour the watermelon juice on top
Drink with a straw or eat with a spoon, enjoy!:)
